112 High-Pressure Double Wire SAE 100R16 (Slim Diameter)

Working pressures of this two wire braid hose exceed requirements of SAE 100R2 while retaining the benefits of SAE 100R1 dimensions. 112 meets the SAE 100R16 specification and offers superior flexibility and a minimum bend radius less than either SAE 100R1 or SAE 100R2 hose. 112 has become a popular choice of original equipment manufacturers since it is lighter weight and easier to route in tight spaces than conventional hoses.

EXTREME PRESSURE SPIRAL Hydraulic Hose

136 5000 psi SAE 100R13

This multi-spiral hose is used in severe pressure applications where high working pressures and superior resistance to impulsing are required. 136 is commonly used on heavy mobile equipment and has a red rubber cover for easy identification. The hose has a four spiral wire reinforcement in size -12 and -16 and six spiral wire plies in larger sizes.

151 is a single wire braid hose with a rubber impregnated polyester fabric braid cover. While not generally as abrasion resistant as neoprene, the polyester cover does allow for greater ambient heat resistance. This hose can be used for hydraulic fluids, lubricating oils, diesel, air and water. 151 is most commonly used in heavy-duty commercial vehicle applications such as air brake, power steering, fuel filter, turbocharger oil supply, tilt cab cylinders, transmission/ engine coolant and oil filtration lines. 151 meets the requirements of J1402 All and DOT FMVSS 106-74 Type AII for air brake applications in sizes up to 5/8" inside diameter.

151H SAE 100R5 High Temperature

151H is a single wire braid hose and a rubber impregnated blue polyester fabric braid cover. Though 151 is similar, 151H uses a special tube compound that offers superior cold and hot temperature resistance. This hose can be used for hydraulic fluids, lubricating oils, diesel, air and water. 151H is most commonly used in heavy duty commercial vehicle applications such as air brake, power steering, fuel filter, turbocharger oil supply, tilt cab cylinders, transmission/engine coolant and oil filtration lines. 151H meets the requirements of J1402 and DOT FMVSS 106 Type All for air brake applications.

172N SAE 100R7 Orange Non-Conductive

The non-conductive version of 172 has an orange, non pin-pricked cover that meets SAE J517 non-conductivity requirements. This hose is a favorite choice for telephone and power line servicing vehicles and other hydraulic lifts due to it's electrical non-conductivity.

172T… SAE 100R7 Twin-Line

172T is two lines of 172 bonded together during the manufacturing process. The hose is used in many of the same applications as the single line, but where two hydraulic lines are required. This hose is most commonly found on forklifts and mobile hydraulic lifts. Nonconductive twin line is also available on request.

111-03MM Grease Hose Assemblies

PULSAR grease whip hose assemblies are durable and flexible connecting hoses for hand grease gun applications. The rubber hose is PULSAR 3/16" I.D. 3,600 psi working pressure SAE 100R1AT single wire hose. The couplings are factory crimped brass 1/8" male NPTF couplings. Special order lengths are also available.

120J Jack Hose

A typical jack hose is 1/4" I.D. with 3/8" male NPT ends, usually 6
feet long. One NPT end threads into the hydraulic hand pump, while
the other end usually has a C302-06 quick coupling male attached. A
C301-06 female coupler is typically threaded into the ram.
Remember that even though 120J Jack Hose is rated for 10,000
psi, jacking applications are static pressure situations at ambient
temperature. DO NOT USE jack hose for impulsing or regular hydraulic
applications.
Many manufacturers claim that their jack hose meets the Material
Handling Institute IJ100 standard for jack hose. In fact this standard
was withdrawn several years ago and is no longer in effect.

157 SAE 100R14 Teflon® Hose

TeflonŽ hoses were designed to replace copper tube in high temperature flexing applications where rubber hose would fail. They have a TeflonŽ tube with a stainless wire cover and are commonly used for compressor discharge lines on mobile air brake systems. 157 is also used in many chemical applications.
