PRESSURE WASHER ACCESSORIES
Spray tips are designated by the spray angle (a narrower angle produces more force over a small area, which is great for tough jobs but may gouge or strip softer surfaces), and by orifice size. The orifice size designates the gallons per minute flow at 4000 psi. For pumps operating at other pressures, the correct orifice can be chosen from the chart below. Using a larger orifice than recommended will cause loss of cleaning pressure. Using a smaller orifice will mean less flow of water at the maximum pump pressure. Spray tips are available color coded by spray angle with quick disconnect ends, or with 1/4" male NPT ends. Common nozzles are shown below. Other sizes are available on request.

HOT WATER WASHDOWN NOZZLES & SWIVEL HOSE BARBS
These plant washdown nozzles come in two sizes. The standard nozzles
weigh just under 3lb and measure about 6-1/2" long and high.
The aluminum nozzle is full size but lighter in weight. Some users
prefer the new Junior model, which weighs just 2 lb and measures in
at 5-1/4". Both nozzles are rated for a maximum of 150 psi water
up to 93°C and are NOT for use with steam.

Swivel hose barbs & Adapters
The brass and stainless steel swivel hose barbs listed here are generally

SuperKlean is proud to introduce the most innovative steam and cold water mixing unit specifically designed to provide safe and efficient means of clean up by producing hot water instantly and economically with little or no maintenance. The DURAMIx 8000 unit operates under a wide range of steam and water pressures without changing internal components. In fact, it is one of the only steam and cold water mixing units in the industry with the ability to operate with as little as 30 PSI of water pressure. Its strategic dual output design, one at the bottom for a hose and nozzle and one at the top for hard pipe installation, provides the user with the ability to supply two individual terminals with their own hot water supply. For maximum efficiency, the second outlet can be used to feed a secondary source where hot water is needed after the primary outlet has been shut off. This feature drastically reduces energy producing costs, which is good for the bottom line, as the unit is capable of producing hot water for washdown as well as providing a secondary source or hot water for other uses 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Our unique internal design does not allow live steam to penetrate. If water pressure fails, the Duramix 8000 will automatically close the steam poppet and not allow live steam to pass through our mixing unit, thus making this unit the safest in the market.

The unit uses "Y" style body mechanics with lift check valves and ball joint unions for superior flexibility during installation. Our units come with a mounting plate for easy behind the unit cleanup, hose rack for easy user access to the hose, and an optional temperature gauge for accurate temperature readings at outlet.

Duraflow spray nozzles - DH150S Series
SuperKlean's new Duraflow spray nozzles was specifically designed to prevent accidental spray. Its unique cover design is not only durable,but also prevents the front mounted levers, which reduce hand fatigue and offer smooth lever action, from being accidentally activated when the nozzle is dropped. The new DuraFlow spray nozzles also come with a trigger locking mechanism for a safe and secure method of maintaining the nozzle open at any spray pattern.
Variable spray patterns, adjustable from fan spray to solid stream, is one of the many features offered by the new superKlean DuraFlow spray nozzle. Water conservation is assured upon release of lever by the drip-free automatic shutoff feature.
SuperKlean Duraflow spray nozzles are available in 300 Series Stainless Steel and weigh a total of 1.53Lbs.

Hose Racks
SuperKlean's brass and stainless steel hose racks, made out of 321 series stainless steel, are virtually corrosion resistant in most applications and environments.
