G941WT & G941WE PNEUMATIC TRANSFER
G941WT Pneumatic Transfer is designed for conveying powder, pellets or granular materials. The clear construction allows users to see any blockages and the food grade compound meets a variety of standards (see Food Section for complete details) so that this hose finds use in a variety of food handling applications. For example, in poultry processing, the 1" size is very popular because of its flexibility. G941WT is also very popular in injection molding plants for conveying plastic pellets. G941WE is very similar but incorporates a copper static wire for grounding where movement of particles may cause a static build-up. Other sizes, including some metric sizes used in plastic pellet transfer, are available on special order. Please enquire for details.

G1740 URETHANE BLOWER
Polyurethane is an amazingly durable and abrasion resistant material. Because of this feature, Urethane Blower hose can be very lightweight and flexible and yet stand up to abrasion that would wear out comparable PVC or polyethylene hoses almost immediately. Urethane Blower hose is great for insulation blowing, lawn cleaning, leaf collection and abrasive material chutes. Polyurethane also remains flexible at very low temperatures.

G941W MULTI-PURPOSE TRANSFER
Multi-Purpose Transfer is designed for applications where high flexibility is required in a durable hose. G941W is popular for herring, salmon, and ground fish transfer on fish pumps. It is also excellent for conveying ice, wood shavings, and PVC pellets.
The flexible PVC portion is clear on all sizes so that hose contents are visible. In sizes 4" and up, a high molecular compound is used to provide increased wear and cold temperature flexibility.

G1341C & G1340C TPR BULK MATERIAL
G1341C is usually seen in the fall on municipal vacuum trucks where it is used to remove leaves and debris from plugged storm drains. It is constructed of a special material that combines the advantages of rubber and PVC, with features such as light weight, good abrasion resistance, good low temperature flexibility, and the ability to dissipate static electricity. Though most visible on leaf suction trucks, this hose is often used for conveying abrasive materials such as, grain, sand, gravel, cement, and crushed rock. For lighter duty applications where greater flexibility is required, we offer G1340C – a lighter version hose with similar construction and properties. G1340C is often used for grain vacuum service.

G1741 URETHANE BULK MATERIAL
G1741 is for suction, discharge, and pneumatic transfer of abrasive materials. Urethane Bulk Material is recommended for sand and shot blast recovery lines, grain handling, roof rock cleaning, and milling machine metal recovery lines. This hose is much lighter than conventional rubber hoses because of its thermoplastic construction, yet remains flexible in the cold when general PVC hoses become too stiff to use.

G741 GUM RUBBER MATERIAL TRANSFER
The extremely abrasion resistant gum rubber tube in G741 allows it to stand up to most non-oily bulk materials such as gravel, sand, and fertilizers. The tube is also certified to FDA food grade standards, making it suitable for grains, corn, sugar, and other foodstuffs. Where static build-up is a problem, the built in static wire dissipates static electricity when properly grounded to couplings.

G724 GUNITE HOSE
Gunite is a relatively dry mixture of sand and cement that is conveyed at high velocity through the hose to a nozzle. Sufficient water is added at the nozzle to produce a uniform concrete mixture with zero slump and high strength. G724 gunite hose is made with a natural rubber tube and cover for maximum flexibility, to reduce operator fatigue. The thick tan rubber tube provides excellent resistance to the highly abrasive concrete mixture.

G724 gunite hose is made with a natural rubber tube and cover for maximum flexibility, to reduce operator fatigue. The thick tan rubber tube provides excellent resistance to the highly abrasive concrete mixture.

G743 RHINO MATERIAL HANDLING
Rhino Hose is our heaviest hose and is ideal for handling slurries, gravel, ore, ground fish, and other abrasive materials where conditions are severe. The corrugated cover is designed to fit an over-the-cover flange fitting system. Flanges feature corrugated coupling sleeves that fit tightly over the hose when flange halves are bolted together. This provides a full-flow coupling that can be installed in the field.
