Red Air Hose
There are two factors when looking at red air hose.
- Rubber Compounding: With a variety of synthetic rubber compounds to choose from you, you can get hose specific to the application. For example, economical EPDM rubber air hose has the best resistance to weathering and ozone effects, while the more expensive neoprene rubbers will resist oil and petroleum better.
- Construction: With the rating of air hoses according to working pressure, not often will red air hose operate at over 150PSI. So it is not often that you will need thicker walled hose for the purpose of working pressure, but rather it decreases the kinking of the hose, and gives it a more sturdy feel. The two opposing spiraling layers provide adequate working pressure as well as hose flexibility.
G221 & G222 MULTI-PURPOSE
G221 and G222 are versatile EPDM rubber air hoses. They are among our most popular hoses and find widespread use in industrial, agricultural, construction, and marine applications. G221 is a flexible and lightweight two-spiral hose, while G222 is a more robust four-spiral product. Multi-Purpose is used for air tools, nailers, staplers, jackhammers, and also as a hot or cold water wash down, heavy-duty heater, or low pressure agricultural spray hose. Because of its popularity, we offer Multi-Purpose on reels and in a variety of common assemblies.

G224 GENERAL PURPOSE
G244 is manufactured using oil-resistant rubbers. This hose is designed to convey such products as oil-saturated air and lubrication oils, where EPDM hoses don't give adequate life. The oil-resistant cover helps G224 stand up in greasy or oily environments.

G234 PREMIUM NON-CONDUCTIVE
G234 air hose offers the widest range of service among our long-length air hoses. It is made from maximum oil-resistant rubbers to provide a fuel quality tube suitable for oil, diesel, and lubrication oils, as well as for air, water, and many chemicals. G234 is also electrically non-conductive, making it an ideal hose in smelters where electrical shock hazards exist.

GST® II General Service Hose
GST® II hose is a versatile general purpose hose designed to handle air,
mild chemicals and water. The hose construction incorporates a tube that
is compatible with light oil mists found in air tool lubricating systems, and
the multiple plies of textile reinforcement provide flexibility. The cover is
resistant to abrasion, heat and ozone, and is available in multiple standard
colors for color-coded identification.

Thermoplastic air hose
Modern plastic compounds have enabled plastic to venture into hoses that were typically taken by rubber air hoses. With the ongoing research better and better plastic hoses are being created.
G911 Vinylite
G911 Vinylite hose is a popular air hose, but it is also found in a large range of applications. The ability to see through the hose enables operators to see any flow problems or blockages as well as it is resistant to mild acid and alkali solutions. G911 is non-toxic and can be used for applications in marine drinking water pressure and drain lines.

G922 poly-air®
Poly-Air was the first plastic air hose that used specialty polymers to create a rubber-like feel.
G922 has a large following in the construction trades for use with nailing and stapling equipment.
Compared to similar rubber hoses, Poly-Air is lighter and smoother so it glides over surfaces
easily and with less wear. The growth of this hose
in the Canadian market has caused many competitors to try to copy it - without success! Look for
the genuine product to appreciate the true quality of this hose. For general use, we supply assemblies with permanently
attached brass fittings. For nailing and stapling, many users prefer field repairable re-usable fittings with spring guards.

G923 North wind
This is our first hose rated for -40°C. North Wind has a high degree of flexibility whether at room temperature or way below freezing.

G1722 Reinforced polyurethane hose
G1722 is an extremely lightweight, flexible and tough hose suitable for a wide range of industrial and construction applications. It is ideal for pneumatic air tool hose as it weighs up to 50% less than PVC and has excellent oil and solvent resistance. Polyurethane remains flexible at very cold temperatures and is much more than resistant to punctures and abrasion than either rubber or PVC.

Recoil air hose
G920 Recoil
G920 extends up to 30 times its stored length and gently recoils when released. Recoil air hose is manufactured from nylon and is recommended for use with air, water and lubricating oils, and many solvents. The compact nature of this hose keeps it out of the way when used in tight areas such as work benches, tire filler stations, and moving air cylinders. It is also convenient for deck wash down on pleasure boats, and for watering plants in home atriums and greenhouses.

G1710 polyurethane Recoil Hose
Tired of stiff, kinked or easily damaged self-storing hoses, but dislike the bulk of rubber hoses? Polyurethane Recoil is the answer. Polyurethane will bounce back again and again despite crushing or kinking. The working length of the hose is 80-90% of the actual length, and is easier to use an conventional nylon or hytrel recoil hoses, due to the superior elastic properties of the urethane. G1712 reinforced polyurethane Recoil Hose
For applications where the higher pressure and increased kink resistance is preferred, we also offer urethane recoil with a spiral yarn reinforcement. Since for all thermoplastic hoses the working pressure drops as temperature increases, a reinforced hose is preferred at elevated temperatures. Our G1712 is supplied in a transparent blue color to show the fabric layer.

Yellow Air Hose
Yellow air hoses are found throughout the resources industries whenever the going get really rough, and red air hoses do not offer adequate life. We offer 6 different yellow air hoses types to fit different service requirements.
G223 Construction air
G223 while principally designed for jackhammer and contractor use, this hose is also popular for wash down G223 features a four spiral reinforcement and a smooth, bright yellow cover for high visibility. It has the advantage over most other yellow air hoses that it available in long lengths on a reel.

G1232 lay-flat air
G1232 Lay-flat Air is manufactured using a unique process which incorporates the inner tube, reinforcement, and outer cover into a single “solid wall” hose. The reinforcement, a seamless, woven, high-tenacity polyester, is embedded in yellow nitrile rubber. This gives the hose the same tough, oil and heat resistant properties inside and out.

G232 300psi air/water
G232 is a durable, flexible, highly kink-resistant hose. It is our standard, mandrel-built hose for use on jackhammers, air tracks and other air operated equipment. G232 withstands the tough use hose receives in road construction, mines and quarries.
It is also recommended for water wash down in abusive conditions found around docks, shipyards, and pulp and paper mills.

G242 rock drill
Rock drill is a heavy duty, mandrel-built hose. It is designed to give top performance in severe working conditions. While G242 is kink resistant and flexible, the cover is designed for extra abrasion resistance. Rock drill is very popular in mines and heavy construction sites.

G243 premium rock drill
Premium rock drill was specially designed for use where large amounts of air tool oils shorten the life of conventional air hoses. G243 is most often used on rock drilling equipment for road construction. Other than the specially formulated tube, G243 is identical in construction to our popular G242 Rock Drill hose.

G261 Steel air
Steel Air is at the top of our standard air hose range. It is designed for the most severe applications where high working pressure, long life and maximum safety are desired. The high-tensile wire reinforcement gives the G261 the ability to withstand the extreme abuse encountered in open-pit or underground mining, heavy construction and rock quarries.

GRIZZLY™ 500 Multipurpose Hose Nonconductive, MSHA Series 7107
Series 7107 is a premium quality multipurpose hose designed to handle air, mild chemicals, oil and water. The hose is electrically nonconductive with a minimum resistance of one megaohm per inch at 1000 volts DC. The multiple plies of high tensile aramid reinforcement provide durability, kink resistance, high pressure capability, superior coupling retention— and the toughness of a heavy duty braided hose in a flexible, plied construction. The bright yellow flame resistant modified nitrile/PVC cover meets MSHA requirements and is also resistant to abrasion, oil and weathering.

STINGER™ II High Pressure Wire Braid Mine and Multipurpose Hose MSHA Series 7268E
Series 7268E is a versatile, high pressure hose designed to handle air, mild chemicals, oil, and water. The hose construction incorporates high tensile wire braid reinforcement that provides durability, kink resistance, high pressure capability, and superior coupling retention. The flame resistant bright yellow cover meets MSHA requirements and is also resistant to abrasion and oil. Series 7268E provides service for high pressure air, dust suppression and water applications in construction, general industrial, mines and quarries.

G270 Hot air blower
Hot Air Blower is specifically designed to withstand the extreme temperatures encountered in conveying hot air from the compressor to the tank on dry bulk material trucks.

G212 Air Brake
Our Air Brake hose has excellent cold weather flexibility and meets the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and Department of Transportation (DOT) specifications for tractor-trailer reach lines and brake chamber hoses. G212 is branded with the SAE J1402C Table A and DOT FMVSS 106 approvals. Air Brake hose is also an excellent oil-resistant and durable shop air hose, and is popular in heavy-duty truck repair shops. We also offer G212L Arctic Air Brake hose for northern winters where standard hose becomes too stiff and brittle. It meets the specifications as G212 but has wider temperature range.

Air Breathing Hose
G929 Air Breathing
G929 is used for fair breathing lines and is designed to resist permeation of noxious gasses into the hose. The method of manufacture and compounds used ensure a solvent and silicone free hose with low odor. This hose has been tested and satisfies the "off-gassing tests" as described in U.S. Military specifications MIL-H-2815F Sections 3.12.2 and 4.5.10. G929 also has been tested in accordance with U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration Regulations and has passed the gasoline permeation tests as described in 30CFR Part 11 Subpart J, 11.124-7. When suitably coupled with fittings, this hose satisfies the requirements for hose used on Type C Supplied-Air Respirators.
Note: When coupled with quick disconnect fittings, the use a sleeve-lock coupler is required to minimize the risk of accidental disconnection.
