G611 FUEL LINE
Fuel Line hose is specially compounded to withstand the high under-the-hood temperatures found in today’s automobiles. G611 meets SAE 30R7 specifications and is now available in convenient 25 ft. spools or 50 ft. coils as well as 250 ft. reels. Please note that 3/16” and 1/4” come in boxed spools, while 5/16” and 3/8” are in boxed coils.

G105 OIL LINE
G105 Oil Line is used where regular fuel line hose does not provide adequate working pressure, such as on transmission lines or lubrication lines. This compact hose is very flexible and kink resistant.

G102… PUSH-ON
Push-on hose, when used with push-on fittings, provide fast and neat hose assembly without the use of clamps or ferrules. Because hoses can be assembled quickly and without tools, Push-on is popular for air lines on lumber sorters, newsprint handling equipment, and machinery production lines. Since the hose is resistant to most lubricating oils and hydraulic fluids, G102 is popular for hydraulic case drains and vent lines as well as general automotive service. Push-On makes a great shop air hose in oily environments.

CR GARAGE EXHAUST
Our crush-proof garage exhaust hose has been redesigned this year. The hoses are now all 11 feet long and feature a thicker wall for increased life. Sizes up to 4” have tapered screw-together ends instead of cuffs. For 5” and 6”, use CR-AC connectors to join hoses together. To maximize hose life, use tailpipe adapters between the car tailpipe and the hose.

G200 SIGNAL BELL TUBING
Here’s a unique product you’ve probably run across. Signal Bell Tubing is used by gas stations to announce your arrival at their pumps. Municipalities and Highway Departments use this durable product as part of their traffic counting system. Green Line Signal Bell Tubing is made with extruded rubber that withstands the continual weight and punishment of vehicles driving over it. This tough, resilient tubing is designed for use with all standard call systems.

111-03 GREASE WHIPS
Grease Whips provide a flexible connector between the grease gun and grease fitting to allow easier access to the tight and awkward spaces where grease nipples always seem to be located. Our hoses are rubber to remain flexible at low temperatures and feature a wire braid for better life and coupling retention.

G301 BLACK HEATER/UTILITY WATER
G301 Black Heater is found in several markets under different “aliases”. It’s excellent temperature range, weathering resistance, and economic price make it a popular choice for many applications, including car heater, dishwasher drain, and garden hose. Utility Water is most often sold in precut lengths in boxes for easy storage and dispensing. However it is also available in long lengths on reels.

G302 THERMAL HEATER
Most black or red standard heater hoses have a single layer of reinforcing yarn provided by a single braid or two opposing spirals of fabric. G302 has two separate layers of two spirals each, separated by a blue insulating layer. The extra reinforcement provides higher burst and kink resistance. Thermal heater is designed to endure the high heat and ozone conditions found under the hoods of today’s automobiles and meets SAE20R3 D2 specifications.

G304… HEAVY-DUTY HEATER HOSE
Our Heavy-Duty Heater is designed for coolant circulation on large engines on trucks, buses, diesel generators, and other industrial applications where a heavy-walled, robust hose is preferred. EPDM rubber provides excellent resistance to heat aging, anti-freeze solutions, ozone, and weathering. G304 can also be used for light-duty saturated steam service where pressures do not exceed 85 psi.

SILICONE HOSE
Silicone is one of the most stable rubbers. It remains flexible and resists aging after prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures, weather, ozone, and oil. This long-lasting property yields hoses that operate reliably in environments which destroy most other rubbers. Because silicone does not harden and crack with age, silicone radiator hose will give a service life of one-half million miles or more on highway trucks and buses - much longer than standard coolant hoses.
G382 SILICONE HEATER
For low pressure water and normal heater applications. Meets or exceeds SAE20R3, class A specifications.

Radiator Hose
G388 SOFTWALL MARINE COOLANT & EXHAUST
G388 is for straight connections in engine cooling and marine wet exhaust applications. It is particularly useful where installation space is limited and a wire reinforced hose cannot be compressed enough to fit between the end connections. G388 meets SAE 2006R1 specifications for marine wet exhaust service.

Air Brake Hose
G1212 Nylon Air Brake
Nylon Air Brake Tubing is used for air brake, instrumentation and air accessory lines on truck and trailer and other mobile air braking systems. Nylon tubing offers a weight and cost savings over wire and fabric reinforced rubber hoses where the abrasion and kink resistance of heavier hoses is not required. G1212 conforms to DOT FMVSS 106 requirements as well as SAE J844 specifications (J844 Type A for unreinforced sizes and Type B for reinforced sizes).

G212 AIR BRAKE
Our Air Brake hose has excellent cold weather flexibility and meets the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and Department of Transport (DOT) specifications for tractor trailer reach lines and brake chamber hoses. G212 is branded with the SAE J1402C Table A and DOT FMVSS 106 approvals. Air Brake hose is also an excellent oil-resistant and durable shop air hose, and is popular in heavy-duty truck repair shops. We also offer G212L Arctic Air Brake hose for northern winters where standard hose becomes too stiff and brittle. It meets the same specifications as G212 but has a wider temperature range.
