Unreinforced tubing

G900 CLEAR VINYL

Green Line Clear Vinyl Tubing is soft, easy to handle, and crystal clear to allow full view of the materials being conveyed. It is non-toxic to handle beer and wine, drinking water, fruit juices, soft drinks, and other foods and beverages. G900 is popular for photographic and soap solutions, mild chemicals and acids, and general laboratory use.

G900SSB SELF-SINKING POND AERATION TUBING

Self-sinking pond tubing makes pond aeration easier because it sinks to the bottom without the use of weights or anchors. Installation is fast and easy. Typically, G900SSB is used for pond and lake aeration, wastewater lagoons, and aqua culture.

Construction: Black, flexible, high-density PVC
Temperature Range: -5°C (23°F) to 70°C (158°F)

G1700 POLYURETHANE TUBING

G1700 Polyurethane tubing is formulated for good resistance to gasoline and solvents. It is extremely resilient and kink-resistant and stays flexible at very low temperatures. Because of these useful characteristics, G1700 is used as a fuel line on small gas engines, especially where it is helpful to see the fuel in the line. Polyurethane tubing is often also used as a sleeve over wire cable to prevent the wire from chafing.

Construction: Smooth, yellow-tinted clear ether-based Polyurethane tubing.
Temperature Range: -50°C (-58°F) to 70°C (158°F)

G800 POLYETHYLENE TUBING

G800 Polyethylene Tubing has excellent chemical resistance, and is very resistant to stress cracking. Polyethylene tubing is widely used for air instrumentation and control, water and beverage, and chemical lines.

Construction: Smooth, natural color (translucent, milky-white), FDA approved, low density polyethylene (part number G800), or high density polyethylene (part number G800H).
Temperature Range: -40°C (-40°F) to 70°C (158°F)

G805 EVA TUBING

G805 is rarely found outside of the agricultural market. EVA tubing is used where a low-cost product is required for seed and fertilizer dispersal on air seeding and similar equipment. Ethyl vinyl acetate (EVA) is stiff enough to be self supporting and resist kinking and it provides good chemical and weathering resistance.

Construction: Smooth, natural color (translucent, milky-white), general purpose grade ethyl vinyl acetate (EVA).
Temperature Range: -45°C (-50°F) to 50°C (122°F)

G800N NYLON TUBING

G800N Nylon Tubing is odorless, non-toxic and will not become brittle with age. Nylon is resistant to most chemicals, will withstand repeated flexing without fatigue, stays flexible at low temperatures, and has good abrasion resistance.

Construction: Smooth, natural color (translucent, milky white), FDA approved Polyamide tubing.
Temperature Range: -40°C (-40°F) to 95°C (203°F)

G800T PTFE (TEFLON®) TUBING

PTFE tubing is used where external environments, particularly high temperatures, or exposure to chemicals make other tubing materials unsuitable. TeflonŽ is chemically very inert, is UV stable, does not support combustion, and maintains its mechanical properties in severe conditions. Our PTFE tubing is produced with FDA compliant resins for use in food applications.
