G301 Utility Water is found in several markets under different “aliases”. Its excellent temperature range, weathering resistance, and economic price make it a popular choice for many applications, such as car heater and dishwasher drain. Utility Water is most often sold in precut lengths in boxes for easy storage and dispensing. However it is also available in long lengths on reels.

G311 and G322 Industrial Water are rugged hoses capable of handling most wash down and water conveying applications. While G311 offers a lightweight, two-spiral construction, G322 is a four-spiral hose for extra kink resistance and working pressure. These hoses are also used for low-pressure agricultural spray applications.

G312 Driller's 200 water line
Driller's Water Line supplies water to geological exploration drill rigs. The hose is generally cut into 100 foot lengths and coupled with universal type quick connects or brass long shank fittings. G312 is supplied on reels containing 6 x 100 ft pre-cut lengths so no scrap is created. We also supply precut 100's with or without couplings.

G911 Vinylite
G911 Vinylite hose is a popular air hose, but it is also found in a large range of applications. The ability to see through the hose enables operators to see any flow problems or blockages as well as it is resistant to mild acid and alkali solutions. G911 is non-toxic and can be used for applications in marine drinking water pressure and drain lines.

G912 is primarily designed for hot and cold pressurized drinking water lines on boats. The hose features an opaque white tube which reduces algae growth in cold water lines. G1031 PUREFLEX®
Pureflex is designed for use where water main service is disrupted and temporary bypass hoses are used to supply drinking water to homes and businesses. The tube compound meets the toughest standards for potable water applications and will not transfer an odor or taste to the water. In addition, the tube in G1031 is less porous than rubber, and therefore is easier to flush and clean after use and prior to re-use. The heavy-duty construction limits kinking in hot weather and provides extra resistance to external wear and abuse.

WATER HOSE ASSEMBLIES
The demand by consumers for good quality garden hose assemblies has prompted us to offer a variety of products in coupled lengths. The same hoses that have been popular for years with industrial and agricultural users are in increasing demand by consumers. Water hoses are now found as often in gardens, backyards, and boats as they are in mills, plants and farms. All of the assemblies offered here are coupled with heavy-duty, solid brass fittings to resist crushing. The combination hex-knurled nut is easy on the fingers yet can be snugged tight with a wrench if necessary. Fittings on hose sizes 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" have standard residential Garden Hose thread dimensions. 1" hoses are coupled with 1" NPSM (straight pipe thread) male and female couplings.
G901Y Assemblies
The bright yellow PVC that makes this hose so highly visible is designed to resist cracking, weather checking, and delaminating for years. Note: Thermoplastic and PVC hoses soften when exposed to heat. For hot water applications, use rubber hose.
G901G Pro Water Assemblies
Golf courses sometimes prefer a green hose for their 1" assemblies that are often visible on the fairways. These hoses come with fitted 1" NPSM (straight pipe thread) male and female couplings.
G311 Industrial Water Assemblies
Industrial Water is traditional contractors rubber hose. It has the same features as Utility, but is "beefier" for better wear and kink resistance, has brass fittings and is rated to 150PSI to withstand unregulated city water main pressures.
G1331 Blue Aqua Assemblies
Blue Aqua is the solution for the customer who wants the low temperature flexibility of rubber, and the light weight and non-marking characteristics of PVC. A special polymer is used in Blue Aqua that creates a robust, kink-resistant product that coils well in cold weather and will look attractive after years of the toughest service.

G322w white wash-up
White Wash-Up is designed for hot water and low-pressure steam in open-ended wash down service to maintain sanitary conditions in food processing areas. G322W is lightweight and easy to handle, and the cover is non-marking. Extended exposure to very greasy conditions (animal fats) will cause cover swelling and reduce hose life.

G232 300psi Air/Water
G232 is a durable, flexible, highly kink-resistant hose. It is our standard, mandrel-built hose for use on jack-hammers, air tracks, and other air-operated equipment. G232 withstands the tough use hose receives in road construction, mines, and quarries. It is also recommended for water wash down in abusive conditions found around docks, shipyards, and pulp and paper mills. Most yellow air hose applications involve pressures under 300 psi. So G232 has been developed with 300 psi working pressures in all sizes. However, the hose is similar to many 400 psi hoses in performance and durability. And, for the stocking distributor, G232 offers a complete size range through 4" in a single hose style.

Paper mill Wash down is manufactured with an 18" long, built-in tapered nozzle to assure a good stream for open ended wash down Because the nozzle is all rubber and built right in, G329 can be used around machinery without the risk of damage to surfaces or parts that metal fittings or nozzles could cause. When designing a paper mill hose the primary consideration is kink resistance so that flow will not be cut off when operators are climbing over catwalks and around tight corners during machinery wash down G329 Paper mill Wash down is built with a thick hose wall and offers the optimum balance between kink resistance and weight. The hose is made with EPDM rubber, for maximum resistance to heat and aging.

Rubber Water Suction is the “traditional” suction hose. It is the heavy-duty product still preferred by many users for heavy construction, dewatering, municipal, irrigation and mining applications. Our hose, particularly in the larger sizes, is more robust than many other products found in the market. It is ideal for rugged and demanding applications, including vacuum truck service.

G941BW BLUE WATER SUCTION
G941BW is manufactured using high molecular weight PVC that stays flexible at sub zero temperatures. Most PVC hoses become stiff when used in winter conditions, but Blue Water can be used year-round for water suction lines in construction, rental, mining, and agricultural applications. An advantage of G941BW over many EPDM rubber hoses is that it is resistant to degradation in oily conditions. While this hose is not designed for oil applications, PVC offers good oil resistance at moderate temperatures.

G1341K PREMIUM EPDM SUCTION
We know it looks confusing, and yes, these hoses are very much alike. The premium hose is formulated and constructed slightly differently, and seems to stand up better in oily conditions. While our standard hose is sold mainly for water applications, G1341K is sometimes preferred for septic tank pump out and oil field vacuum service, where experienced users say it provides a longer service life. You can tell these apart by looking at the black or green/ black tube.

Water Discharge Hose
G971, G972 & G973 PVC LAY-FLAT
These are lightweight, economical PVC hoses that flatten and roll up tightly when not in use. The process used to manufacture these hoses creates a “single wall” construction, where the tube and cover are bonded together through the reinforcement. They are designed for applications where external abuse is limited. Blue G971 is used widely for irrigation, construction, flood protection, and municipal applications. Red G972 & G973 incorporate higher-tensile fabric reinforcement to provide greater working pressures.

G1373 RUBBER LAY-FLAT
Rubber Lay-flat is a unique product which combines the “single wall” features of the PVC discharge hoses (lightweight, easy to coil, compact construction) with the abrasion resistance and temperature range of rubber. In addition, it incorporates an oil and chemical resistant nitrile rubber compound. The fluted (ribbed) cover reduces dragging friction to make handling easier and further reduce wear. Rubber Lay-flat is fast overtaking conventional discharge hoses in popularity. It is an excellent value when both durability and easy handling are considered. Lay-flat is even suitable for some oil products and is ideal for use with pollution control equipment.

G941HT SPA FLEX
Spa Flex Hose is designed to replace PVC pipe on Hot Tubs and Spas. G941HT has the IAPMO plumbing safety approval and uses the same external glue-on schedule 40 fittings as rigid pipe but is much easier to install. Hose will bend without heating and will follow the curves and corners on a spa without having to use elbows. Spa Flex is ordered by nominal pipe size.

E-Z FORM™ GS General Service Hose SAE J20R2-D1 Performance Series 7395
Series 7395 is an extremely flexible, lightweight low pressure hose designed to handle air, coolant, mild chemicals and water. The hose construction incorporates a tube that is resistant to commonly used coolant mixtures, a wire helix that provides full suction/ vacuum capability and a path to conduct a static electrical charge to ground, and a cover that is resistant to abrasion, mild chemicals, heat and ozone.
